Marsha’s career includes senior leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations such as HCA Healthcare, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Health, JPS Health Network, and Owens & Minor. In these roles, she led large-scale operations, oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, directed real estate expansion projects, and launched new physician practices—managing everything from securing space to overseeing build-outs—while creating systems that optimized both client and employee experiences and delivered measurable results.

She also has direct experience in property management and construction operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the business and personal sides of real estate.
