Inspired by her late husband, a former professional athlete and luxury home builder/developer, Marsha's passion for real estate ignited in 2008. Together they designed and built highly acclaimed floorplans into beautiful homes. When she found herself and her children facing life alone, she realized that the dream of luxury living was something she could create, on her own, for her family and her business.  

Marsha brings a unique blend of leadership acumen and market expertise to her real estate practice. She is a Vanderbilt University graduate (B.A and M.A, Organizational Performance and Leadership) where she was also a cheerleader and became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Her background includes senior leadership roles with prominent healthcare systems such as HCA Incorporated., Vanderbilt University Medical Center, JPS Health, and Baylor, as well as experience leading operations for a residential construction company. She is a member of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and The Mid Cities Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. This and her many other connections across the country give her a unique perspective on life and building generational wealth.
